Office Assistant Required
Sutlej Solutions is seeking an Office Assistant. You should be able to work inside office as well as outside for company business.
Job Description:
Independently respond to routine mails/correspondence/enquiries.
Arrange travel & meeting schedule and reservations for executive management as needed
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls .
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
Supervise work of Gaurds , Gardner, Maids, Cooks and other staff. Hire and fire authority for such staff will be given.
Manage the company car pool. Vehicle Log Books and Maintenance.
Purchasing of office supplies from market as required.
Monitoring cctv feeds and reporting any issues to Management.
Other duties as assigned by Directors
Required Skills:
As you will be responsible for general upkeep of the office thus you
Must Speak, Read, and Write excellent/native English.
Able to do multitasking, willing to learn new skills.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Powerpoint is a plus.
Have excellent research skills to quickly retrieve relevant information from the internet or other databases.
Be confident and assertive to ensure objectives are achieved.
Be independent and have minimal commitments outside of work.
Have a pleasant personality and Social/Dress Etiquettes.
Able to work full time in our office. Mon to Sat, 9am to 6pm (Sundays will be off)
